The Need -  The fact of the matter is this, every business needs at least a single page website on the internet. Why? Lets take a look at three points to consider.

Point 1 - Having a website can be like opening a fully staffed second location, without the associated overhead. There is no building, no staff wages to pay, no utility bills, and no closing time. This location is open for business and working for you, doing promotion and sales, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, at a launch cost roughly equal to a month's wages for one employee. Subsequent yearly maintenance costs can drop to as little as $120 per year.

Point 2 - Millions of people get on the Internet every day, some do this each time they need information. That number is steadily growing as well, not just here in North America, but world wide. With cellular phones having faster internet access and becoming more capable of displaying websites in their complete state, as the sites were designed, it is safe to say that we can expect the number of internet users to rise significantly in the not so distant future. How many of these people are, or could be, possible customers looking for YOUR products or services?

Point 3 -Google has virtually become a household word, like Kleenex has for tissues, and Ski-Doo has for snowmobiles. A person can find almost anything on Google. If someone searched Google for you, your club, or business, what would they find? If anything was found, The question then becomes "is this information you WANT people to see?" Does the information that is/was found paint a complete and accurate picture of who you are, what your club is about, or what your business offers? If it doesn't, having an official website is one of the best ways to correct the information.

We found that in order to be cost effective and budget friendly, we had to find a way to reduce the implementation and programming time of a website. This sent us out on a hunt to find a software solution and find one we did.

This software is

• quick and easy to deploy. The core can be installed and ready for content in a matter of 60 minutes or less, making the core aesthetically pleasing takes a bit longer.
• web driven and operates entirely online, allowing for maintenance from virtually any internet connected computer if you need access.

The complexity - This aspect has been reduced as well. Not only does the software we use allow for rapid deployment, it also allows you, the client, to assume the duty of basic and intermediate site administration and maintenance. The intuitive web based site controls, which operate much like a word procssing program or email program, give almost anyone the ability make adjustments to the site content. Should you wish to take on this responsibility, we'll teach you everything you need to know through small feature by feature instruction.

In the event that you do not wish to make content changes to your website yourself, we can do that for you too at an affordable rate.

When it comes to getting your website operational, Maroco Media Productions Ltd. handles virtually every aspect of the website development process for you. This includes the following key tasks:

Registering your website address - We will create a Registrar account for you and register your web address for you. Unlike some design companies that register your website address, also known as a domain name or URL, on their account, we do not do this. We believe that the client should have full access to everything. When your account is created, you will be given the log in details and are free to change the password to anything you like. This also means that Maroco Media Productions Ltd. will never hold your website "hostage". We have seen some companies in the past refuse to release website addresses if the client chooses another company later on. We believe this is akin to blackmail and highly disagree with this practice. You paid for access to and use of your domain name... it's yours...plain and simple.

Hosting your website - We can also host your website or arrange hosting for you.  Hosting with us is included free for one year with any website package. You may opt to use your own host, however be advised that we will require some specific features on the hosting account. Please contact us for further details on these features and to book a free web host assessment.
